Statement

As Chair of the College of Nursing’s Rank & Tenure Committee from 1994 to 2001, I was able to direct the faculty into adhering to the standards set forth by the University. I believe that objectivity, fairness, and confidentiality must be maintained while adhering to the University’s policies.
